Tom Daniels

After spending five years in the US Airforce Tom’s real estate career began in 1993 when he joined Trammell Crow Residential. Prior to starting the Seaview Investment Group in 2017, he was the Senior Managing Director for Greystar overseeing 200+ multifamily and mixed-use communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has been involved with both affordable and market rate housing for the last twenty-seven years. His first value add multifamily acquisition was in 2008 generating a consistent 7% cash on cash return and a 27% IRR. Tom graduated from Washington State University with a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Economics and Marketing. Tom was a Board Member for the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association and was on the steering committee for the PTSD Foundation of America, Pacific Northwest Chapter. He holds his Washington State Managing Brokers license and resides on Bainbridge Island with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing whenever possible, and hiking.   

David Dynes

David has worked in commercial and residential brokerage for the last ten years, developing a strong presence in the Ballard and North Seattle markets. David specializes in multi-family investments and assisting clients with identifying and acquiring projects which generate long-term returns. He has facilitated condo conversions, multi-family rehabs and land acquisitions. David most recently brokered a North Seattle land purchase, resulting in the development and pre-sale of 10 luxury townhomes. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University. He is a member of the NWMLS and a CBA CCIM candidate. David lives in Ballard with his wife, daughter and son. He enjoys skiing and is an avid sailor.
